Minutes of Asselby Parish Council Annual General Meeting held
at the Black Swan, Asselby on Tuesday 29th May 2018 at 7.30pm
PRESENT:- Messrs. T. Fawcett, J. Oates, A. Walker, N. Marwood, R. Pickersgill, P. Burnley and
CC C. Bayram.
1. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
a. CHAIRMAN - Proposed by N. Marwood T. Fawcett remain as Chairman. Seconded J. Oates. Agreed by all present. Accepted by T. Fawcett.
b. VICE-CHAIRMAN – Proposed by A. Walker that R. Pickersgill remain as Vice-Chairman. Seconded by T. Fawcett. Agreed by all present. Accepted by R. Pickersgill.
c. HOWDEN JOINT BURIAL COMMITTEE – Proposed by J. Oates and Seconded by T. Fawcett that A Walker and R. Pickersgill remain as parish council representatives on Howden Joint Burial Committee. Agreed by all present. Accepted by A. Walker and R. Pickersgill.
2. INTERNAL AUDIT
The Clerk had spoken to Mrs. C. Taylor who had agreed to do the internal audit for the Parish Council accounts.
3. STANDING ORDERS
The Standing Orders will remain as a guide for conducting meetings.
The meeting closed at 7.45pm
